- Application for Water Service Connection
Water service connection rendered by NUMANCIA WATER DISTRICT is granted for residential, commercial or industrial purposes. It is understood that the approval of the application must be secured before the water service connection be rendered. To facilitate the application of water service connection, application forms are available at the Numancia Water District office during office hours. - Payment of Water Bills
Concessionaires are required to pay their water bills promptly to avoid disconnection of service and penalty charges. To facilitate the payments of water bills, concessionaires are advised to pay at the NWD office from 8:00 – 12:00 AM and 1:00 – 4:00 PM. - Request for temporary disconnection, reconnection and other services
Concessionaires who will be away for a long period of time can avoid monthly payment of flat rate. A request for temporary disconnection can be filed at the office. Reconnection will be available upon payment of 150.00 pesos as reconnection fee. Other services are available upon request. - Individual Flushing of In-house Connection
Numancia Water District authorizes its concessionaires to conduct individual flushing of his/her own in-house connection as needed. To solve the problem on murky water that occurs randomly within the water system, concessionaires affected are authorized to conduct individual flushing.
